Cairo, Egypt - Egypt is currently experiencing a heat wave that is expected to persist until Monday, as announced by the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA). During this period, hot weather will prevail during the day on the northern coasts.

Temperatures are forecasted to reach as high as 36°C, accompanied by a rising UV-Index to 11. The EMA strongly recommends sun protection measures to shield against excessive UV exposure.
